Ex3 Facility Solutions support our clients in the following areas.

Design and Construction Management Support - We provide project management support in all phases of construction from conceptual design to close-out documentation.

Standardization - We assist our clients with setting construction standards throughout their facility portfolios and making sure that consultants implement this information into designs.

Facility Asset Inventory - We will record asset inventory (MEP Equipment and building finishes) and provide reports based on information available. This would include existing record documents (as-builts) management and organization. This could also include 360 progression photos and measurable photos utilizing BLK3D technology.

Staff Training on Blueprint Reading - If requested we can provide facility leads a course on reading blueprints everything from civil documents to the MEP documents.
